Account data

We store the information you provide to create and use your account (for example email, role, profile details, and records you enter about students, staff, fees, and related operations) in Firebase so we can provide the Service.

Product analytics

We use Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how tutors, centers, and staff use Edunza — for example which screens are visited, whether sign-up and profile completion succeed, and whether PDFs are downloaded or shared. Public marketing pages may also record anonymous content views and which call-to-action was clicked (register as tutor, register as center, Help, or Pricing). Events include a role and a document type such as "fees" or "attendance". They do not include student names, phone numbers, emails, government IDs, fee amounts, or file names.

Platform administration screens and subscription billing screens are not sent to Analytics. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled.

Your choices

Signed-in users can turn off usage analytics under Dashboard → Settings → Share anonymous usage data. You can also email contactus@navriti.in.

Student and third-party data

If you enter personal data about students, parents, or employees, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so, including parental or guardian consent where required. Navriti processes that data to provide the Service to you.
