Salary structures with change history, monthly payslips as drafts you finalise and download as PDFs, a holiday and working-day calendar, and leave types with entitlements, balances and reports. Provident fund, professional tax and income-tax withholding are configurable and off until you turn them on — Edunza keeps the records and does not file returns.

Edunza subscription is what you pay to use the software. Student fees are what your students pay you. Edunza tracks those records; it does not collect, hold, or settle student tuition.
