Getting started
Many accounts begin with a trial or starter access so you can set up batches and students. Exact trial length and limits depend on the current offer shown during registration or in your Account area after login.
What plans typically include
Plans differ by:
- How many students, teachers, or staff you can manage
- Which premium modules are enabled (payroll, advanced reports, branding, API)

Managing your subscription (after login)
In the dashboard, open Account to:
- View your current plan and renewal status
- See which premium features are active
- Change plan when you need more capacity or modules
Payment for Edunza subscriptions is processed according to the options shown in Account (e.g. online payment where available).
If your account is locked
If billing fails or a subscription lapses, your account may show as locked. You might be directed to contact support or update payment. See Contact support.
