Core vs premium
Every account gets core tools: batches, students, enrollments, fees, assignments, progress, and basic dashboards—depending on whether you are a tutor or center.
Premium features are included on higher subscription plans or as add-ons. Your center’s Account page shows what is active on your plan.
Premium modules (centers)

Menus only show features your plan includes. If a menu item is missing, you may need to upgrade—see Subscription overview.
Without the Payroll module, centers can still record leave against a single untracked "Other" leave type, but it carries no entitlement and does not appear in balances. See Leave management.
Trials and upgrades
- New accounts may start with a trial period—check your Account area for dates and status.
- Change plan when you need more teachers, students, or premium modules.
- If access is locked due to billing, see Account messages or Contact support.
Choosing a plan
Consider:
- Number of students and teachers you manage
- Whether you need payroll and HR-style tools
- Whether you need API integration with other software
You can begin on a simpler plan and upgrade as the institute grows.
