Who is Edunza for?

Two main account types (self-registration)

When you register on Edunza, you choose the type of account that matches how you work:

Individual tutor

Choose tutor if you:

• Teach on your own (home tuition, online classes, small groups)
• Want one place for your students, batches, fees, and assignments
• Do not run an institute with multiple employees on Edunza

You get tools for batches, students, fees, attendance (where applicable), assignments, and progress reports—focused on your practice.

Educational center

Choose center (institution) if you:

• Run a coaching institute, training center, or similar organization
• Need to manage teachers, staff employees, students, and institution-wide operations
• Want employee attendance, leave requests, and optionally payroll (on eligible plans)

Centers get everything tutors have, plus features such as teacher lists, adding staff employees with logins, and advanced modules on higher plans.

Staff employees (login created by the center)

Staff are employees of a center—people who do office work and facilitation (enrollment support, fee entry, attendance help, coordination), not independent tutors signing up alone.

• The center administrator adds staff and creates their login in the Staff section.
• Staff sign in with the credentials the center provides.
• Staff work only on the modules their center assigns (for example batches, fees, or assignments—not necessarily everything the admin sees).

Staff do not register through the public Register page. If you are an employee, wait for your center to create your account.

Which should I pick?

You cannot easily switch between tutor and center after registration, so pick the type that matches your main role. If you represent a larger institute, choose center—not tutor.
