Attendance
Student attendance
Mark present or absent (and related statuses your institute uses) for students by batch and date. This gives you:
- Daily and historical attendance views
- A basis for follow-up with irregular attendees
- Optional reporting for management (centers)
Employee attendance (centers)
Centers can track employee attendance for staff employees (office/facilitation) and teachers separately from students—useful for HR and payroll-related processes on eligible plans.
Progress reports
Progress reports let you document how a student is doing—topics covered, performance notes, and recommendations—in a structured format you can share or print.
Typical uses:
- Parent–teacher meetings
- Term-end summaries
- Coaching institutes documenting improvement over time
How attendance and progress work together
| Tool | Answers the question |
|---|---|
| Attendance | “Were they in class?” |
| Assignments | “Did they complete the work?” |
| Progress reports | “How are they doing overall?” |
Together they give a fuller picture than attendance alone.
Who needs this?
- Tutors — student attendance and progress for their batches
- Centers — institution-wide student attendance plus employee attendance for staff and teachers
- Parents — benefit indirectly through your institute’s communication
