What this feature does
The Assignments area helps you create academic work—homework, practice sheets, tests—and connect it to the right batch so the correct students are included.
You can:
- Create and edit assignments or tests
- Add descriptions and supporting material
- Track submissions and performance over time
- Use results alongside progress reports for a complete academic picture
Typical uses
- Weekly homework for a batch
- Chapter tests before exams
- Practice problems with due dates
- Internal assessments at coaching centers
How it fits your workflow
- Batches and students must exist (and students enrolled).
- Create an assignment linked to a batch.
- Students or assigned staff employees record completion according to your process.
- Review outcomes and discuss in class or in progress reports.
Tutors vs centers
- Tutors use assignments for their own batches.
- Centers may have multiple teachers creating work for different batches; staff employees may coordinate or enter data if their center assigns them access to Assignments.
Tips
- Use clear titles (e.g. “Week 3 – Algebra test”) so lists stay searchable.
- Align due dates with your batch schedule.
- Combine with Attendance and progress when talking to parents.
